A Scout Campfire blanket is warm and practical and is a fun way of displaying your swap badges.
A Scout Campfire blanket is usually worn to a campfire and is decorated with badges that you have obtained during your Scouting activities or badges you have swapped with other Scouts.
A Scout Campfire blanket should be a pure woollen blanket because these will not easily burn.
Snowgum has a Recycled Australian Wool Blend: 60% Wool/40% Synthetic blanket, but many parent will have an old woollen blanket hidden away in a cupboard that will be just perfect.
An alternative is to use a Camp Shirt which is a loose fitting shirt, often fringed that is worn around in camp. It too is decorated with badges that you have earned or swapped.
